Want something quick and easy you can try at home that uses no equipment and can be completed in as little as 5 minutes? Then check out this very simple bodyweight blitz below that many of our clients have been doing. 

Perform 20 reps of each exercise. Complete one round in your quickest time 
  • Squat
  • Front lunges
  • Knee grab sit ups
  • Press ups
  • Reverse Lunges
  • Double leg squat thrusts
  • Side lunges 
  • Crunch legs up 
  • Chest to floor burpees 

Dont forget to spend a few minutes at the start warming up the body with some gentle exercises before having a go at the challenge. Always remember to focus on good technique throughout and don’t sacrifice your form for speed. If you can complete the round in under 5 minutes then you are doing great. If you can’t achieve that straight away then keep trying until you can. Remember hard work brings RESULTS.
