Sometime body weight is all you need. Here is a simple but tough body weight workout that we have been doing recently with our clients at the Results Studio.This entire workout can be completed within 45 minutes and is can be completed in the comfort of your own home or at the gym. The principle is simple and starts with one exercise and add an additional exercise each round until you get to round 10!
Each exercise is completed for 30 seconds with a 30 second rest in between. Below is the workout routine, hope you enjoy it and let us know how you get on.

I often use this type of workout with different exercises, sometimes incorporating equipment such as kettlebells, slamballs, punch bags etc. Try it yourself or mix in some of your favourite exercises using this format.
